                   Co-Founder & Director

Dara Owoyemi has several years of experience in investment promotion and investment banking - corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions. She is Founder and Director of Integral Growth Partners, an investment advisory firm supporting and promoting private investment (foreign and domestic direct investment) in businesses and countries globally.

She was the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the African Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (AVCA) in the UK and also sat on its Board during her tenure as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, Dara served as Special Adviser on Investments to the former Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment in Nigeria.  

She started her career in investment banking and worked at Lehman Brothers, Nomura, Renaissance Capital and Ondra Partners, covering clients and executing transactions in UK and across Africa.

                    Co-Founder & Director 

Lloydette Bai-Marrow is an anti-corruption expert and economic crime lawyer. She is the Founding Partner of ParaMetric Global Consulting, providing strategic advice and practical training to corporates and institutions.

A former Principal Investigative Lawyer within the UK Government’s Serious Fraud Office, where she provided legal advice and leadership on top tier cases of fraud, bribery and corruption in the UK and abroad. 

She has worked in UK government departments including the Crown Prosecution Service and Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC).

Lloydette is a Visiting Lecturer at The International Anti-Corruption Academy in Vienna, Austria. 

                    Co-Founder & Director 

Abi Mustapha-Maduakor has several years of finance and operational management experience, with a focus on scaling and institutionalising small businesses. She is currently Chief Executive Officer of the African Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (AVCA). 

Prior to this, she held roles as the Head of Business Operations and Finance at MedAccess, a wholly owned subsidiary of CDC Group; Chief Operating Officer of AVCA; and Special Adviser, on private sector issues, to the Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment in Nigeria. 

She began her career in the financial services sector where she specialised in asset-based securitisation and other structured products, across Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Banking Group and EY.

She is a qualified Chartered Accountant. 

                               Research

Ozge Russell (PhD) is a political scientist and research professional with 10 years of experience working in academic research and teaching roles at higher education institutions in the USA and Turkey.

She conducted substantial mixed methods research on experiences of minority groups. Her research is published through Cornell University Press and Religion and Politics among other academic publishing outlets.

Ozge also did some consultancy work where she co-managed public opinion polls on political behavior and co-authored client reports. Currently she is upskilling herself in data analytics and seeking new opportunities.

Ozge holds a PhD in political science from University of Colorado at Boulder and published her co-authored book, The Politics of the Headscarf in the United States, in 2018. 

                         Research

Parsim Kaushik (PhD) is a consumer behaviour and insight professional with market research experience.

She is interested in studying and identifying consumer behaviour patterns. Her interest lies in studying issues related to sustainable consumption and second-hand consumption. Prior to making a shift to the research, she worked as a client service manager for over five years.

When she is not working, she is actively involved with dog charities that looks after abandoned or stray dogs.

                  Strategy & Operations 

Jire Ogunsanya is a Bio-chemical engineer and a PRINCE2® registered

practitioner with several years of experience working in strategic roles at healthcare

institutions in Nigeria and in the UK.

Jire served as a Technical Assistant to the CEO at The Bridge Healthcare in Nigeria,

and latterly as a Programme Manager at the Great Ormond Street Hospital in UK.

Jire is also an entrepreneur having built 3 businesses: Inspired by Dede and Toye that serves a luxury brand of customised party boxes for children parties; Baked by Jire, which sells banana bread loaves, as well as co-founding 129B Luxe, an international bespoke concierge and gifting service.

                               Events 

Omoleye Osinaike is a corporate lawyer qualified in Nigeria and has experience in mergers & acquisitions, and corporate finance.

Omoleye is a versatile and resourceful individual with skills in research, organisation and project management. She has been involved in several volunteering and leadership roles with different organisations, including the Carrington Youth Fellowship Initiative of the U.S. Consulate General Office in Lagos and the Impact Your World Leadership Initiative.

She is a qualified Chartered Secretary and Administrator; and has an MSc in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford.
